Parkades

| There are 3 indoor parkades within the complex. Residents are eligible to purchase an indoor parking stall upon possession of a suite. If all parking stalls are occupied, residents enter a waiting list upon possession of their suite. Indoor parking stalls are sold independently of the suites on a life lease agreement. The current price is $7000 with a 1% depreciation per year for a maximum 10 years. A monthly fee of $35 is charged for maintenance of the indoor parkades. |
