Guest suites are $40/night for the North, South, and Tower suites, and $60/night for the Bethany Place guest suite. Payment for guest suites is made at the Bethany Manor office.

Bethany Place guest suite is a small suite within Bethany Place offering a separate bedroom, hide-a-bed in the living room, full kitchen with dishes, balcony and 3 tiers of cable television.

The North, South, and Tower suites resemble a small hotel room and offer 3 tiers of cable television.
BETHANY MANOR/TOWER GUEST SUITE RENTAL POLICY
  1. The Guest Suites are rented to Bethany residents, for the use of their guests.


  2. Reservations for the suites are made on a first-come basis. Reservations may be made for four consecutive nights only. Guests may stay longer on a day-to-day basis, provided no one else has reserved the suite by check-out time.


  3. The North, South and Tower suites may all be rented by a Bethany resident at the same time, except for the following peak periods when only one may be rented at a time:


    4.        December 24 to January 1
           Good Friday to Easter Monday
           Thanksgiving weekend (Friday to Monday)

  4. There must be at least a one-week interval before the same Bethany resident may rent a suite.


  5. Reservations may be made at the Bethany Office, ph 242-9019. “Short notice” reservations (for guests who arrive unexpectedly after office hours) may also be made with Peter & Anne Loewen at 933-2116. In the event that Peter & Anne are away, please phone 956-7726 to arrange key pick-up from the Villa staff on duty.


  6. The cost shall be $40.00 per night for the first two persons. Additional guests are $10 per adult and $5 per child, and they are required to supply their own bedding and towels.


  7. Check-in time is after 1:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Check-in time on Sunday is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (These times are intended to give cleaning staff time to clean the suite between guests.) PLEASE LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE SUITE AT TIME OF CHECK OUT.


  8. There will be no room service during guests’ stay. Guests are responsible for making up their own room.


  9. Guests using the Guest Suite have access to the facilities which are normally accessible to the residents. The same standards of acceptable behavior which apply to the residents also apply to the guests.

NOTE TO GUESTS:
  • Please hang the “OCCUPIED” sign on the doorknob during your stay in the Guest Suite. When checking out, please expose the “VACANT” sign on the doorknob.
  • For the security of the entire building, please ensure the window is locked whenever you are not in the suite.
  • The telephone is for your convenience. No long distance calls, please.
