• Internal requests for Bethany Villa housing are honored prior to the external waiting list.
• Assisted Living suites are filled using either a rental or a life lease contract.
• The number of assisted living suites available as rental units is set by the Board.
• Bethany Villa and Bethany Place offers assisted living rental suites.
• All assisted-living suites are one-bedroom suites and vary in size from 388 sq ft – 710 sq ft.
